Started his career in Netaş in 1987 as System Analist Programmer. He also has developed personnel and communications systems software for 3rd Army Land Forces of Turkey. Upon his return from the army service, he started working for Nortel Networks as IT project manager for various ERP, production, R&D, customer services, finance and warehouse management projects. During this time, he also has served as Team Leader in ISO9000, Kalder and EFQM initiatives.
Mat decided to found his own Company and started Regrafik Desktop Publishing Computer Systems Ltd. in 1997. Regrafik had taken part in many successful projects with it's design, training materials, games, numeric animation and printed materials particularly on medical, production and communication industries in cooperation with medical and ad agencies. He also gave institutional training seminars, organized together with MEB Tudem Training, on IT, web based software deveopment, web design, databases and network security between 2000 and 2003.
Mat has focused his efforts in the IT industry and formed Regrafik Electronic Information Systems in 2002 that later transformed into the Renova Networks. This team currently develops and manages web based logistics, customer services and channel management systems which are preferred by the companies that are leaders of their industry in Turkey.
Digital photography, graphic design, color management and numeric press are his amateur hobbies. He created a training cd "perfect photography to perfect pressing" which was published by National Geographic Turkey's July 2005 edition under the sponsorship of HP and Nokia.
Mustafa holds a BSc graduate degree from Hacettepe University on Computer Sciences and Statistical I.S. and is one of the first certified Oracle DB Specialists of Turkey. He holds IBM mainframe, Oracle, B.Ü. Microprocessor Technics and T.U.K.D Unix training certificates. Mat is married and has a son.

Following his graduation from Kabataş Erkek Lisesi, he studied Civil Engineering at I.T.U. and graduated in 1992. While he continued his masters degree on Managerial Engineering at the same university, he joined the newly established management team of Burger King as TM. After his first year, he was invited to join the Burger King Corporation team and took various training, management and leadership roles in it's Middle East, EMEA and Mediterranean organizations.
During his career at Burger King Corporation, he took part in many successful projects for and on behalf of Burger King as well as it's Franchise Operators. Together with his certified training and leadership activites on various areas such as Coaching, Training, Management, Marketing, Team Management, Sales and Profitability, he also led "Turnaround" projects that were strategically needed due to highly challenging business conditions of certain countries. As a result of his passion and efforts for the success of the organization, he was presented with the "BK Hero" award together with various other certificates of recognition.
In an effort to convey his experience from the global business world into a more challenging environment as an enterpreneur, Toksoy took his place in this partnership during the transition from Regrafik to Renova. He currently leads the web solutions, management, consultancy and outsourcing services for the selected portfolio of customers that Renova partners with.
Toksoy is married and has a son. SCUBA Diving and Gymnastics are his favorite areas of interest since university years. He is one of the founders of the Dance and Gymnastics Club at I.T.U.. In addition to the 3 national chamionships, their team had the opportunity to represent Turkey internationally. He is also interested in Mechanical Sports and Aikido.
