Primary element of our team's motivation comes from our investment in their competency development and empowering them on their day to day job accordingly. We also have two ongoing initiatives that focuses on their competence development which is anoter motivational factor. Besides the usual quarterly team activities, we have recognition certificates and performance appraisals.
We run a complete 'Training Needs Analysis' twice a year as part of our performance reviews. As an outcome of that exercise, we arrange in-house trainings or courses accordingly. Besides that, we have ongoing, employee driven weekly discussion hours where we discuss about various matters from soft skills to foreign language which gives us the chance to learn and have fun together.
